Our Vision

TCN’s vision is to re-imagine what a consultancy can be in the age of AI. We are convinced that the consulting industry is going through a seismic shift and there is a huge opportunity for those that embrace that change. The career model needs to change, the go to market needs to change and the delivery models also needs to change.

All consultancy firms will need to invest to take advantage of these opportunities but it will be very challenging for smaller firms to do this – we believe that by being part of a collective this investment can be leveraged across a wide group of companies and together we can take on the really big firms and win.

By leveraging our outsourced back office (which is based in a low cost location and heavily enabled by AI) and by leveraging our offshore and AI agent workforce we will enable our group companies to have a radically faster implementation time at a much lower cost to serve. If it comes time for one of our companies to sell, these companies will have a much higher value in the market because of the higher profitability and an easy to re-point migration for their back office processes to the acquiring company.

Our Founders

TCN Capital was established by Chris and Thomas (two of the co-founders of REPL Group) and REPL’s COO, Neil, who were instrumental in scaling REPL Group from a start-up to a global premier boutique retail consultancy with 600 employees. The company was successfully sold to Accenture in 2021. With decades of experience in starting, growing, and selling consultancies, our team is uniquely positioned to guide you through your business journey.

We aim to provide these services at a substantially reduced cost compared to the market average. By centralising them within TCN, we also facilitate a more efficient acquisition and integration process as part of company purchases.
